Because we have over 2000 products online, delivery times can vary. For orders placed online before 2pm Monday-Thursday, if the item is in stock at one of our UK warehouses, next working day delivery is included. If the item is not in stock, one of our customer service advisors will contact you. Yes, however you would need to call us for costs on delivery to Channel Islands as prices will vary depending on items purchased. The Channel Islands are exempt from VAT charges, so we won't charge VAT on orders shipped there.

We can then speak to the manufacturer and come back to you with your options.

Please note that we close for Christmas at 12noon on Monday 22nd December 2025. Orders made after then will not be dispatched until Monday 5th January 2026. Ordering by the 18th December 2025 is recommended to avoid any delivery issues with last-minute Christmas post, and give us the chance to fix any problems that do occur before Christmas.

For change of mind returns - for items ordered between 1st December 2025 and 22nd December 2025 you have until 15th January 2026 to initiate a return and until 22nd January 2026 for us to actually receive the item back from you.
